Creating Internal System Users


To create new system users in the Augmentt, login to the Augmentt portal at, and use your admin user credentials, and follow the below steps:

  1. Next, click on ‘System Users’ on the left-hand user navigation.
  2. Click on ‘Add User’ in the upper right-hand corner, and fill in the company information.

Select the company this new user should be for: Selecting your own company (the MSP company), or the end client company name. This allows you to offer visibility into the end clients’ usage to another resource at the end client company.
