If you've integrated with either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace you may have noticed that the integration brings in ALL users. This may include guest accounts, shared accounts, service accounts, etc. Even though the integration initially pulls in all of these accounts, you do have the ability to clean up the Employee list.
