Why:
With the user risk policy turned on, Entra ID protection detects the probability that a user account has been compromised. Administrators can configure a user risk conditional access policy to automatically respond to a specific user risk level.
Configured: At least one Conditional Access policy is configured to require new password when user risk is high.
Not Configured: No Conditional Access policy is configured to require new password when user risk is high.
Scoring: Contributes up to 1 point to the Posture Recommendations score.
