Overview
Scheduled Reports allow users to automatically receive information from three modules of the Augmentt portal. This information, including the security status of integrated tenants, can be set for delivery without having to log in.
The settings can be found under the configuration tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
Choose which reports should be enabled, the frequency they should be put out (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly), and the email address to which they should be sent.
Frequency
Scheduled reports go out according to the following as early as 8:00 am ET:
Daily - reports reflect data from the previous day
Weekly - reports arrive on Monday reflecting data from the previous week
Monthly - reports come in on the first Monday of the month reflecting data from the previous month
Quarterly - reports are dispatched on the first Monday of the quarter reflecting data from the previous quarter
Discover Options
The scheduled report for the Discover module can be configured to include any or all of the following four categories of SaaS applications found in the client environment:
Restricted applications
Unapproved risky applications
Unknown applications
Newly discovered applications
Check the box next to each category desired to be on the report.
Format
Scheduled reports are delivered to an inbox as PDFs according to the designated schedule, but most may also be downloaded as PDFs or CSVs from individual modules at any time.
