System User Permissions
Every System User in Augmentt is built from two things: a set of Permissions that decide which parts of the product they see, and Company Access that decides which of your customers they see. This article is the complete reference for the first half — every permission, what each one unlocks, and how the levels behave.
Find these settings at System Users, then Add User or the edit action on an existing user. The Permissions section carries the note:
Select user permissions. If permissions are disabled for a feature, this section of Augmentt will not be displayed to the user.
That sentence is literal. A disabled permission does not grey the menu out — it removes it.
Permissions are additive, not a role. Augmentt has no dropdown of named roles. You assemble each System User from the thirteen permissions below. The three recipes at the end of this article are starting points, not built-in roles.
