Teams Event Policies

Event policies control what your customers' users can do with Microsoft Teams webinars, town halls and immersive events — who can create them, who can attend, whether they can be recorded, and what attendee data organisers can see afterwards.

Augmentt now manages these policies alongside the other Teams policy types. Find them at Secure > Teams > Policies, then open the Events tile.

Events joins the tiles already available: Meeting, Messaging, Channels, External Access and App Setup.

Access. You need the Manage permission to create, edit or delete policies. This release adds a dedicated Teams permission entity, so check a user's access under Management > System Users if the actions are missing.
