Teams Org-Wide Settings and Templates

Org-wide Teams settings are the tenant-level switches that apply to everyone: who can invite guests, which external organisations users can talk to, what guests are allowed to do in meetings and chats, and who can create teams.

Augmentt now manages these settings per tenant, and lets you capture them as reusable templates so the same configuration can be applied across your whole customer base.

• Secure > Teams > Settings — view and edit the selected tenant's org-wide settings

• Secure > Teams > Templates — build and manage reusable templates

This is the drift problem, solved. Guest access and federation are exactly the settings that get changed once during an incident and never changed back. Defining a gold standard as a template and applying it to every tenant is how you stop each customer's Teams configuration slowly diverging from the baseline you sold them.
