What type of integration are you setting up?
Use this guide when you see a Connection Error while connecting a Microsoft 365 tenant to Augmentt, or when a previously working integration has broken.
Most Connection Errors fall into a few well-known patterns:
A Conditional Access policy in the customer tenant is blocking the Augmentt integration user
The integration user has been flagged as Risky by Entra ID Protection
Pre-requirements (licensing, GDAP relationship, AdminAgents membership, MFA) are missing
A permission change on the integration user has broken the consent
