What is the difference between setting this up for my own company or for others?

There really is no difference. We made it convenient to setup multiple companies all at once, but it is possible to setup the system for just your company for now and add other companies later.

Sign-up process seems stalled. What should I do?
I tried logging in but it says account doesn’t exist. What should I do?
I forgot my password – I clicked the forgot password icon, typed my email address and nothing happened. What should I do now?
Do you have any documentation I can read?
I tried submitting feedback, but not sure who to assign it to?
What is the data that I am seeing in the product when I log in?
Can I set -up the product to manage my own company AND others?
I tried uploading a file but I keep getting an error and to contact support? Now what?
I have a different file (other than Cisco and Titan), what do I do with it?
My file is 40MB and your app only accepts 35MB, what do I do with this file?
I see an option for Schedule a Call with a Specialist…. Do I need to do that?
I uploaded the file but nothing happened? How do I get my data to display?
I see a long list of supported vendors to select from in the file upload process, do you support all of these vendors?
It says “your recognized SaaS app”, but I don’t see any of these apps on my dashboard. What are these apps?
