The following will be a list of troubleshooting for you to trouble shoot the agent installation if the device cannot be found to be mapped to the licensed users or if the device is not reporting in:
- Try restarting the Augmentt Agent Service.
- Make sure that your Firewall isn't blocking the IPs 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199
If the agent is reporting in but the SaaS application you believe should appear in the dashboard is not showing up, check the Total web traffic. From the side menu select Configuration>Saas Applications and scroll down to Total Web Traffic. If your traffic is showing up in there, you need to add the Saas Apps to the list of master apps in Discover.
