There are many ways to create a ticket with Augment. One will be created each time you email the Augment Support team, or when you schedule a call with Onboarding. To create your own ticket, navigate to support.augmentt.com and create a profile by selecting “Sign Up”
Enter your name and email and check the reCAPTCHA box.
You will receive an activation email at the address that you entered, click the link provided set your password.
Then click “New Support Ticket”
Finally, fill out the information for the ticket and click “Submit”. You’re done!
