How do I Create a Ticket in Support?

To create a ticket in support there are 2 ways to proceed:


First, you can send an email to support@augmentt.com and a ticket will be automatically created!


Second, you can do it directly at support.augmentt.com


To do so, select submit a ticket


Log into your account (If you do not have one, follow this guide to sign up https://support.augmentt.com/a/solutions/articles/60000685458


Fill out the form, select 'Submit' and your ticket will be submitted!
