The Agent is not Reporting in

The following will be a list of troubleshooting for you to trouble shoot your agent:


- Try restarting the Augmentt Agent Service.

- Make sure that your Firewall isn't blocking the IPs 34.230.209.76 and 52.72.162.51

- Check the Total web traffic. From the side menu select Configuration>Saas Applications and scroll down to Total Web Traffic. If your traffic is showing up in there, you need to add the Saas Apps to Discover.
