Our Billing Portal is only available to your Main Admin. The Main Admin is the first user that was created for your Augmentt instance. This is to ensure maximum security for your Billing information. If you are not currently the Main Admin for your account, you will be able to select 'Billing' in the side menu, but it will not load. This will soon be changed so that the reason why Billing isn't loading is more clear.
If you do not know who your main admin is, ask us in chat or email us at email@example.com and we can find out for you.
